Are you moving through each day, living only to check the boxes? Are you letting the algorithms of society determine who you are supposed to be and what you are supposed to do? We come from all different ways of being. Today’s Circle is not meant to erase who you are, but seeks to welcome all the parts of your story, all the parts of you. Join me as we check in with ourselves. Step outside the algorithm. Let go of expectations and take this time to observe the story you’re creating.
I’m exploring:
- How the algorithm influences us: who we meet, decisions we make
- Conversations from years past continuing to leave their mark on our story
- The rules of society that inform our everyday decisions and path (and how to release them)
- How we limit ourselves to expected lifestyles, not determined by us
- Predictability: why do we cling to it and how can we let it go?
- A grounding meditation offered to let today’s wisdom sink in: find gratitude for all the parts of your being, allow yourself expression, uncheck the boxes that are not serving you in your path towards radical self love and acceptance
