The “lone wolf” is often idealized as representing an independent, a free spirit, or a nonconformist. But that is not the lesson that wolves teach us, and it’s counterintuitive to many First Nation teachings. In this episode, I invite you to stay curious and playful as we explore this myth, and learn more about what it REALLY means to be a lone wolf.

- The American love affair with the lone wolf, and why its westernized interpretation is missing the mark
- How this idea of the lone wolf has been used and how I use this myth instead
